GATHERING DETAILS

This won't be a highly produced event -- it's more of a 'we have a month to plan and we know how to Beltane' kinda gathering. Our intention is simple: to bring the community together in sweetness and joy and to plant our spells and prayers in the earth.

Programming includes community fires, morning movement, water ritual, a colorful Maypole dance Saturday, a performance/drag show, nighttime dancing, and a sweet tea kiki Sunday afternoon. Hiking, nature, community, cuddles, and connection all weekend long. 

This gathering runs Friday May 2nd through Sunday May 4th. To make the most of our time, please try to arrive as early as your schedule allows on Friday and plan to depart the land around 5pm on Sunday. There's an option to arrive Thursday May 1st to help set up and ground in, or stay through Monday May 5th to help clean up.

Registration includes festivities, activities, meals, and camping. 

This is a camping only space. Please bring everything you need to make yourself comfortable. Nights will still be chilly, so bring warm layers! The land has power, water, outdoor heated showers, and a basic outdoor kitchen and wash station for communal use.

Meals provided are Friday dinner | Saturday brunch + dinner [with after ritual snacks] | Sunday breakfast + a tea kiki picnic!

WHAT TO BRING | A full list will go out in the welcome email but a couple things here to get you excited! 

• A ribbon for the Maypole (or a fabric donation to make ribbons)
• A piece of wood from somewhere special to you to add to the community fire 
• Your favorite snack to contribute to the community snack table
• Drums and instruments! 
• Something special for the community altar
• A cooler [town is less than 10 minutes away if you need more ice]

ACCESSIBILITY | This is an outdoor gathering with no indoor spaces. The land includes hills and uneven terrain, which may be tricky for some to navigate. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out to see how we might support you.

REGISTRATION FEES | We're offering tiered ticketing to meet people where they're at financially. 

• Standard Rate is $150 
• Reduced Rate is $100
• Extra Giving Rate is $200+ and helps others with less 
• Register now and pay later options available for those in need. 

Sliding Scale Option | We understand that people's pockets aren't always as deep as they'd like. If you need an extra-reduced rate, please reach out -- we don't want money to keep you from joining us. 

VOLUNTEER SUPPORT | This gathering is made possible by the many hands and hearts that come together. Everyone is asked to do a little something -- we will have a sign-up sheet for folks to jump in and support!  

We will have a carpool ride share board available to coordinate rides with other gathering participants. 

This is a queer, trans, poc, body and sex positive space. Consent is not only sexy, but essential.
